Definition & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by BlackWater Plumbing & Heating (The Company) to customers (You, The Customer). By booking our services you agree to these terms.
Services

BlackWater Plumbing and Heating provides a range of plumbing and heating services such as Repairs, Maintenance and Installations for domestic and commercial customers. All services may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
BlackWater Plumbing and Heating do not hold a ‘Waste Carrier Permit’. Therefore waste disposal or rubbish removal is left to the discretion of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion of works and/or the date of the invoice being issued. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. Failure to pay may result in additional fees and service suspension.
Warranties and Guarantees

All workmanship, materials and goods provided by BlackWater Plumbing and Heating is covered by a 12 month guarantee. However this guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Materials or goods supplied by the customer
- Damages caused by misuse or third-party interference
Some materials and goods supplied may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer.
Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring safe access to the property and work area
- Informing us of any known hazards (e.g. Asbestos) or existing system faults
- Providing accurate information about the problem or work required
Any issues or delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information is not the responsibility of BlackWater Plumbing & Heating.
Liability

BlackWater Plumbing & Heating will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Damage to work caused by third-parties
- Pre-existing faults or unforeseen defects in the customers plumbing system
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Complaints Procedure

BlackWater Plumbing & Heating take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us by email. We aim to respond and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
